We ordered on Uber Eats for dinner. They have chalupas. We got the carnitas, bbq chicken and ground beef. Also got the Buffalo chicken empanada. They also included their home made chips. Everything was very good. Will definitely order from again.

I eat from here like once a week. It’s delicious every time- you can’t find better barbacoa in the area or a better street taco. Affordable and incredible.

Taco Island was part of the Good Samaritan University Hospital Food Truck Festival for our employees. Superb quality and delicious!! Rave reviews from our staff. And great business to work with. Highly recommend.

Absolutely life-changing food, LOL. I'm from Medford, so the concept of food trucks are pretty alien here, outside of a hot dog truck. I got a mailer with a couple of coupons, so tried them out and am very glad that I did. I got the shrimp taco and the buffalo chicken empanada and don't know which one I liked more. In both, the flavor was off the chain. I do go to Island Empanada regularly and like their empanadas, but they just cannot compare with the one I got here. The menu is pretty packed, so I'm looking forward to trying out a lot of stuff. The only bad thing is I see them taking a hit in the colder months but don't let that deter you. Check them out.

Portion sizes are way to small. I ordered "chalupas" on uber eats for $6 and got 1 Chalupa. Same as the tacos. They advertise them online as if you are receiving multiple items (s) plural, post a picture of 3 in a box, and you end up getting 1 of each item for an exuberant price. Will never be ordering again. Save your cash and get more for your buck at the mom and pop shops as they would never disrespect you like that (hospitality). I know times are hard but at least be transparent with the portions and the prices before you earn some disappointed customers!
