The staff is always so friendly and prompt when I come in. I love the red light therapy and infrared sauna as a combo. Always look forward to my sessions here. :)

I had no idea what to expect during my first visit for local cryotherapy. My only regret is not going sooner!! My treatment was for the inflammation in my neck/shoulders which was causing me significant pain. After one quick session, the swelling was reduced and walked out being able to turn my head without pain. The facility and staff are great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Cryology in Patchogue. If you were ever curious, go check them out. Im so glad I did!

I did the normatec leg compression and it felt really great. I’m a runner and I’ve been having some It band tightness. My leg definitely feels looser after. I would go back. I will go back.
Two complaints/suggestions though. It was my first time there, so I had to fill out paperwork, which I figured. So I got there a little early to do that. As soon as I got there, they sat me in the chair and started the treatment and had me fill out the paperwork while it was happening, which definitely took away from the experience and the enjoyment of it.
The second thing was, I booked a 30 minute session. As soon as they put the boots on you, they start the timer, and you can see the timer on the machine. The woman came over while I still had over a minute left on the timer and just abruptly stopped it, without saying anything which I was not expecting because I had been watching the timer myself. When I said something about her stopping it early, she said you only had like a minute left. So she knew I still had time left, and cut it off early anyway which was annoying.
Between those two things, I really didn’t get the full enjoyment.

I went to the Salt Room and recommend it to everyone. Such a nice place to relax for 30 minutes, unwind and take in the benefits of the salt!
