From my initial phone call, I knew I'd be in good hands. Chris answered the phone with a smile and positive attitude which was an absolute delight. I was referred their way by AAA and I'm so glad to have met them and worked with them. Chris, Matt,and their entire team are courteous, helpful, knowledgeable,and willing to go the extra mile for their clients. I know many of you are disappointed with the lack of customer service you've experienced but this place will make you change your mind. They listen and spend a great deal of time with every client. Whether your mirror explodes ( yes, that really happened) or if you're engine light is on; I highly recommend stopping by this amazing place. Feel free to tell them I sent you; I mean I am sort of famous. And just as their name states, they're " MD'S" for your car. And remember to take care of your mechanics and tow truck drivers.

After several hours AAA was not able to find a tow service for me. A friend suggested MD Auto. Great experience. I called & a truck was dispatched immediately. The driver even called to notify me that he was stopping first to get fuel. Loaded up my car and drove us home, about 25 miles. Super nice guy. Cost was $350 all in, and I was provided with an emailed receipt the same night, which AAA wouldn't accept (for reimbursement), so after a few phone calls and help from John G, I received a bill via emailed PDF file & sent that off to AAA. Highly recommend these guys.

Brought my 10-year-old Tacoma in for some much overdue maintenance. The shop did a very thorough inspection and presented an excellent Report with photos and descriptions of trouble areas. Followed up with a call to go over the whole report highlighting things that should be taken care of right away and then others that can be put off. Pick up the truck today, drives like it's brand new again! Excellent service and super nice staff. Was recommended by a few friends who gave them nothing but excellent reviews. I see why.

My car overheated on sunrise so I had triple a tow me to md auto repair. They wanted to charge me $2500 for a radiator and coolant which sounded high but I said okay. The next day my coworkers told me I was getting taken advantage of and got me a price of $925 from another mechanics shop. I called md and told them not to work on it and even drove there on my lunch break to make sure they did not work on it yet, which they did not. I spoke to a man named Matt told him I’m having it towed after work to another shop, he said “we’ll keep it safe for you” just to find out 2 hours later another man Chris that works there started working on it when I told them specifically not to, then charged me $236 before I got it towed out of there. I felt completely taken advantage of.

You can keep your $46 coupon you sent me, not coming back as you ripped me off on my oil change in November. What a disgrace taken advantage of me because you think you can and I needed my oil change done on a Saturday. $154 for a synthetic oil change while the dealer in April charged me 79.99. I got home and saw the difference and knew I was ripped off. So I am not coming back.
