Everything was great up untill the lady at the front desk ( the manager) told me to move very rude from the door of my room I payed for and her excuse was that I was talking too loud and the guy from next door room was complaining. I know I wasn't talking too loud I feel like she just discriminated on me and mind you the cleaning lady's were making noise apart from there being a loud garbage truck taking the garbage. Will not be coming back ! Manager now has reply that I was standing on someone else's door( the door next to my room) I was walking back and forth from my room to the room next to mine and it was by parking lot not right in front of door, like I previously said cleaning lady's were talking by the same doors dragging there material cart loudly and a garbage truck loudly outside this very same room that was next to mine. She use the excuse that the person call to complain but if that was the case they should have complained about the rest of the noise as well, pretty obvious. I am a business woman I own property's as well and know how to handle this type of situations in a descent manner. I did apologize for the inconvenience if that was the case but manager just gave me an ugly stare and closed her office door on my face. Owner has no consideration for costumers. As I said before will not be coming back! Hope she doesn't discriminate on no one else and I hope my feedback helps!

After visiting Mom at Medford Multicare, we were looking for a motel. When I saw the great reviews for the 112 Motel, I assumed they were probably faked because the outside appearance didn't seem promising. However, I was in for a huge surprise! The interior was incredibly modernized. It had a realistic electric fireplace, a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, beautifully tiled floors, and a top-of-the-line glass walk-in shower with soft-close doors and a large frosted backlit bathroom mirror. The room also had a new refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The manager was extremely accommodating, providing an extra clothes rack and a hair dryer, and even supplied utensils for us. He also gave us an upgraded room. This experience taught me not to judge a book by its cover. It was the lowest price in the area, and I will come back! UPDATE: Management, please train the staff to accept the cash that is left on the bed for their wonderful refreshing of the room! It is a tip for their hard work! This is proper etiquette!

This is a quick and simple place to pass... my room had a very strong smell of cigarettes, I had to leave the door open for a few minutes to reduce the odor... the water in the bathroom also doesn't come out with much pressure . the attendant was very friendly

Would not stay again. The rooms were clean. Everything worked. Would be nice if they could include tissues, not just toilet paper. It can be a little noisy, and the doors could use replacing so that they can be better soundproofed, include an extra locking mechanism since the doors open to the parking lot, and include a peephole. Staff was nice enough. They do force you to accept housekeeping every day which I do not like or appreciate. The manager was able to work something out for me where they came every other day, which I appreciated, but for people who work remotely or want privacy (which many people do for very normal and not sketchy reasons), this can be very frustrating. In general, I didn’t feel like my privacy was super valued when I stayed here, which is something I look for in a hotel/motel. Seems like they are very paranoid and over the top about people breaking their strict rules, and I understand running a business is difficult, but it makes you feel like you’re being watched or babysat constantly which is extremely uncomfortable as an adult traveler. Personally I think they should be a little more straightforward and up front about some of these strict policies on websites, as I’ve stayed in many hotels and have not experienced this degree of oversight. I’ve always been able to turn down housekeeping at least for a 5 days at a time. I’d look elsewhere if I were to come again. Edited to add: Contrary to the manager’s reply to this comment, I was not explicitly asked of ways to improve my stay and I DID voice privacy concerns when I declined housekeeping the first time. Regardless, I initially gave them credit for allowing me to shift to every other day for housekeeping, but your business would improve if you took feedback in earnest from your guests, rather than getting defensive. It doesn’t sound like a the hotel business is a good fit for you if you are refusing to return security deposits for normal wear and tear of a single cheap towel (sometimes people spill stuff, it’s part of running a hotel) (as other reviewers have mentioned), obsessively watching your guests every move to ensure they don’t bring anyone else onto the property for even a moment, and insisting on daily housekeeping. There is a way to be cautious without being hyper-vigilant and making people feel uncomfortable and creeped out in a room they paid to stay in. I travel for work and have stayed in a LOT of hotels, the managers at this place have control issues. Unless you enjoy feeling like you are being surveilled constantly like a toddler, I would not recommend.
