If I could give them no stars I would, the people at the front (besides Chris and the lady behind register) are nasty people with terrible customer service. This hasn’t been the first time I’ve had bad experience with this place. For starters they never answer the phone, my food was incorrect they wanted to blame it on being busy but there were only about 5 customers inside at the time of placing my order and they can check the camera and see. Not only did they not want to take accountability for THEIR mistake they had the audacity to blame it on me saying I took the wrong order as if the lady didn’t hand me my food again watch it on the camera. And the manager Joey is a piece of work. Claims to be “understanding” of the situation but constantly said “most people wouldn’t make a big deal over a sandwich.” As if my time wasn’t wasted either or my gas. I grabbed the sandwich on my way to work. If they picked up the phone the many times I’ve called it would have saved me the trip from work to get my order fixed. Claimed wanted to “make it right” but spoke to me in a condescending tone, justified his untrained teams nasty remarks to me. I will no longer support this business if this is how they treat their customers who made it possible for them. Disgusting. And to top it all off those people still made my order incorrectly. Unbelievable.

Went here to grab breakfast on a Saturday morning. Got two sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches with salt, pepper, ketchup. We were very excited to try it, but were disappointed when we got home to find no salt, pepper, or ketchup in either sandwich and stale rolls. Giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was very busy in there. Besides that, the staff were very friendly! Would definitely try again.

I order a lot from this establishment and normally would have given them 5 stars but not today. I ordered three egg whites(which I paid extra for) and turkey(which I paid extra for ) on a wrap. Look at my picture it says it’s all. One egg white and one piece of turkey.
Pathetic. I won’t be ordering from them for awhile.

I placed a order through Uber eats for one sandwich ,” a buy one get one free” it came out to $30 and I did not get anything on the sandwich besides the chicken cutlet , and one piece of cheese after I paid for requested add ons.when I called the hung up on me 2x , and the issue was not resolved. Should’ve definitely read the reviews before answering.they said I did not request add ons but I can show proof that I did ☺️I do have the screenshots. And I was not fully refunded.

Walked in to order a couple breakfast sandwiches and had a rough experience. The employee helping me appeared visibly irritable because I didn’t understand what he said at first. I placed the order and waited. As my food was coming up another employee was asking me if I needed anything else, and I mentioned the iced teas I hadn’t received yet. He then started to ring me up. At the same time, the first employee came back and started asking me about what I still needed while I was literally talking to the other employee about it. They were standing next to each other and yet somehow couldn’t communicate with one another about what was happening with my order. The first employee honestly made me feel stupid, as if it was my fault that another employee was ringing me up and asking me if I need anything else. He made it so uncomfortable, like a burden, that I took my food and left without the drinks that supposedly come with the sandwiches I ordered. My order came to over $34 for two breakfast sandwiches (that were not made as requested anyway- wrong cheese, no hashbrown) which were supposed to come with drinks but didn’t, and two additional drinks. Feels like a steep price to get half the order wrong and be looked at like you’re stupid at the same time.
