Went here to grab breakfast on a Saturday morning. Got two sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches with salt, pepper, ketchup. We were very excited to try it, but were disappointed when we got home to find no salt, pepper, or ketchup in either sandwich and stale rolls. Giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was very busy in there. Besides that, the staff were very friendly! Would definitely try again.

I placed a order through Uber eats for one sandwich ,” a buy one get one free” it came out to $30 and I did not get anything on the sandwich besides the chicken cutlet , and one piece of cheese after I paid for requested add ons.when I called the hung up on me 2x , and the issue was not resolved. Should’ve definitely read the reviews before answering.

The bagels are great here but the counter help sucks, they don't follow directions and majority of them are rude as heck. I ask for a bagel toasted extra crispy and they barely even warm it up. This is not a difficult task, I don't understand the dilemma. I'd come here more often if they got staff who were friendlier and understood directions.

Update: Im reducing rank to 2 stars.
Pro tip #2: Don't call the customer and basically say that the customer is wrong, in the nicest way possible.
Pro tip: make sure to check your order before you grab your take out. If I were to order over the phone and the deli gets my order wrong, that's one thing, Ordering through a crappy webpage, and still get the order wrong, not once, but multiple times, that's a trend, and sadly, it's making me want to go elsewhere. Although they are good at rectifying my issues multiple times, it's starting to feel like they are the only store with a corner market and could get away with these little "mistakes" I first gave them 4 stars a year ago, now I'm taking one back. I'll give them another shot to redeem themselves, if this service continues this way, they will lose their business.

I tried to place a phone order. Called five times. Finally got through, was snapped at (completely unprofessional). Then I was told I had to place an order online. It's a bagel store you take the order any way a customer gives it. Lost my business. I just don't understand what goes through people's mind sometimes.
