Absolutely love this place! The sauna and recovery boots have become part of my weekly routine, and I always leave feeling refreshed. The staff is super friendly, the space is spotless, and you truly can’t beat their prices. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, welcoming spot to relax and recover!

I thoroughly enjoyed my first salt cave experience at Cryology in Patchogue. The atmosphere is soothing, very clean and the staff super friendly.
The room is so cozy and comfortable and the moist salt air did wonders for my congestion and breathing. I loved the way my skin felt dewy and salty afterwards, as if I spent the day on the beach.
I would recommend them highly!

Friendly staff, quick check-in process, and clean facility. I used the sauna and plan to make it a routine. They had an option to connect phone to a speaker for music, but I decided to relax in silence.

A friend of mine recommended this place to me and I thought I’d take my mom for a local treatment on her knee post surgery. We arrived to an empty business. We walked up to the front desk and there was a woman on the phone speaking to a vendor and she referred as the owner.
Although we weren’t there for longer than 10 minutes. She kept talking on the phone. I kept hoping she was going to hang up and addressed us as clients but that didn’t happened.
As a Colombian I have high tolerance for situations like this but I wanted to give it a try and treat my mom to a positive experience.
Sadly it was the opposite. As a small business owner myself I can say nothing speaks better than treat everyone with dignity.

Been going to the Patchouge location going on 2 years now and can say the customer experience has been above and beyond - would highly recommend coming to this location as the owner and staff are accommodating and on-point. The atmosphere is that of health - wellness and positivity: if this is the is the vibe you seek, then this is the place to frequent.
5 stars fur sure!
