I'm not one to leave a review, but when it comes to construction I would not go anywhere else other then Kaiser Built. The only's name is Garrett and he has amazing eye for detail. We came to him every after another contractor completely screwed up our house. All I can say is thank you so much for all your hard work.

Complete fumble of an easy job. Sub contractors are sub par as well as employees. No over sight at all due to having two jobs going and only focusing on the larger job. Do not get me wrong I've seen his work before and he does do good work but just make sure if he has multiple jobs that you are the bigger one or he is just going to send his guys and not really over see the job. Very unfortunate that this occured but it did. The details are what's lacking and when you grow up in the industry you see all of them. Never calls to let you know what is going on or when guys will be showing up to work. Everything is unforseen and requires a change order.

Kaiser Built is professional and reliable A+. Work was top notch and completed as originally scheduled, it did not lag on for days as other contractors do.

These guys did an amazing job on a house lift for us over in Massapequa after hurricane Sandy. after the house lift they took care of the finishing as part of the bid. Our house looks amazing.
