Excellent experience! The owner Jackson, was professional, knowledgeable, and fair. I was originally looking to add another unit to the house but after his maintenance to my current until and some reorganization of older duct work the house was significantly cooler. Highly recommend! Great experience from beginning to end.

Jackson is very reliable professional who has very reasonable rates. I’ve called other places to fix my AC and their rates were so much more. He is honest and it’s nice to be able to trust someone, it’s very rare these days. He came the next morning to fix my AC it was one of the hottest days . Other places would make you wait at least a week, he says I didn’t want you to have to wait. Again very rare to have a professional that actually cares about his customers.

Had a couple of heating issues over the winter. Called next generation. Jackson responded immediately and fixed the problem. Very professional and very reasonable. Now I have a problem with my AC unit. Jackson responded in less than 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this company.

I highly recommend Next Generation. I contacted them in the late afternoon when my AC stopped working during the recent heat wave. Jackson responded within minutes and was at my house the next day. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the new parts and had the unit back up and running within 2 days. He was friendly, thorough and professional, and even followed up with me afterwards to check that everything was working well. Excellent customer service! The price of Freon is high so couldn’t be helped but otherwise prices for equipment and labor were fair for the time spent and the work done. Will definitely use them again and consider a service contract for next season.
