Robert a massage therapist was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before and let me tell you I feel incredible right now. I work on my feet all day lifting heavy things and bending over etc, so there were a lot of knocks and tightness in my back and shoulders even my legs and hips were bothering me. Well now nothing is bothering me and I feel great. The whole time he made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I would recommend him to anyone and I will def be back! Thank you so much! Also had a wonderful facial by the esthetician. She was very gentle and asked me many questions about my skin as not to irritate it being I have sensitive skin. It was extremely relaxing and I almost fell asleep during the facial. I walked out of the room with my skin looking and feeling great. I would also recommend her to anyone and will also be back for another facial. Everyone that works there was very friendly and kind. The woman at the front desk was lovely. She’s very nice and I loved speaking with her. Thank you Serenity Source Health for my first amazing experience getting a massage and facial!

I was very happy with my facial at Serenity Massage. Atmosphere very serene and relaxing. Brittany very personable professional and did an excellent job. Had the dermabrassing facial. My skin feels amazing. Can’t wait to go back. Definitely should treat yourself to facial as Serenity

Serenity Source has been my go to over many years. Massages can be therapeutic and relaxing. I have enjoyed every masseuse I’ve been with. Utmost professional and helpful. Highly recommended!

Bought a Groupon for 3 facials. Both appointments cancelled at the last minute. Called to talk to the owner, was told she was she was the mother of the facialist. Never got a call back. No manager, no owner only a promise from the facialist to refund my money. Never refunded. Had to file claim with Groupon.
UPDATE: I gave you 3 chances already. Still no call from anyone. Can't give you a 4th chance.

I didnt like cancellation or rescheduling policy. I wanted to reschedule due to urgent obgyn appointment that I didnt foresee. But unfortunately I was still charged for the service without getting the service. The representative asked to transfer to someone else if I couldn't make it. Which doesn't make sense. I needed the prenatal massage because my obgyn suggested for aggressive backpain. But all I know I wouldn't want to go back to Serenity and look for a separate option even though this was closest to my location and 7 months pregnant woman doesn't like to travel far.
