Began kickboxing classes here summer of 2021 and I had such an incredible experience. Frank is an awesome instructor and was very patient with me as I was a complete beginner to kick boxing. It was a hell of a workout and I would always feel great after. You can tell they treat you like family and it's just a great environment overall. The prices are really great too! I recommend 4GK to anyone, any age, or skill level.
Everyone at 4GK is very welcoming to new members . MY son won a gift certificate to come here for a month he didn't think he would end up loving it so much. He looks forward to coming to class each week to see his instructors and learn all of the new techniques he also has definitely become more confident in himself which is a plus in my book. Out of all the sports my son plays I have never felt more welcomed by such friendly staff!
We love 4GK! My children have been attending for about a year and a half and Sifu, Miss Heidi and their staff are amazing. My kids are physically active, learning amazing skills and self control, and having fun at the same time. There’s a very warm, friendly vibe here that I love!

We just started a month ago and my kids are in love & can't get enough of it. Everyday they ask do they have class. Its great for all ages and I really like that they split them up. My daughter is 5 and is learning age appropriate skills while in the next class my 8 year is learning different things. The staff is super friendly and always accommodates our needs. I absolutely love the fun nights they do as well, the kids get to hang out & have fun while I get to relax a bit a home. Overall very satisfied with this program.
